- Include as much detail in your listing description
- We recommend NOT closing your listing so you can get replies.
- Choose Subscribe to and receive email when posting your listing
- You'll get an email when anyone posts a comment about your property
- If you're getting negative comments then close your thread to prevent comments.
- Check your private messages often for potential buyers
- Click "View Printable Version" to see and printout a listing
- Click "Send this Thread to a Friend" to share a listing
- Ask one of our moderators for help (a list of moderators can be found in our Member List)
- Create a support thread in the Tech Support forum
