How to list a property:

1. List your property with a catchy subject.
   
2. Include as much detail in your listing description
   
3. We recommend NOT closing your listing so you can get replies.
   
4. Choose Subscribe to and receive email when posting your listing
   
5. You'll get an email when anyone posts a comment about your property
   
6. If you're getting negative comments then close your thread to prevent comments.
   
7. Check your private messages often for potential buyers
   
8. Click "View Printable Version" to see and printout a listing
   
9. Click "Send this Thread to a Friend" to share a listing
   
10. Ask one of our moderators for help (a list of moderators can be found in our Member List)
    
11. Create a support thread in the Tech Support forum
